"When insiders/VC rounds happen - you buy FDV not 'circulating supply' I think circ supply is (most of the time) a scam to get retail to buy tokens at the top of FDV values that insiders already bought cheaper. If tokens aren't circulating with a high fdv there is then likely endless sell pressure and down only price action. The barometer of normal is wrong imo basically but it depends on your investment horizon too. Every project is different though ofc its nuanced. It also imo advocates for XXX% unlocked tokens that if they are ranked lower they could maybe be safer to invest in on longer"
