"@IndianAesthetik Alstom engines are manufactured in Bihar. Around that factory there are X IITs &3 NITs & at least XX ITI colleges. No collaboration or government push to develop HR to man factories to make these complex components. These r not tough-like jet engines. just dedication in needed"
