"$DTST I dont see the tender offer coming in below $6/share. Lets break it down: X Theyre selling CloudFirst for $40M. Around $1.5M goes into escrow and assuming most of it is taxable (given it was built in-house) theyll likely pay XX% in taxes - Net cash from the deal: $30M X DTST already has $10M in net cash. So post-transaction theyll sit on $40M in total cash. X I dont expect them to use all of it in the tender but with Nexxis being a much smaller theyll probably use more than the proceeds from the sale. Lets assume they allocate $35M keeping $5M on hand. "Not really most asphalt shingle recycling today is just mechanical grinding. $ROOF.V $ROOOF is the first to fully separate components (bitumen aggregate fibres) using a patented thermo-chemical process.
