"I agree to some extent. I think having a strong brand and image helps with marketing conversion especially nowadays a lot of marketing is done on social media. Like people wont know you have good rates unless you market it effectively. I think if they can figure out the brand and add some twist to their stories it will help capture young customers more quickly. One example I can think of is mint mobile. People dont care whether its AT&T or T-Mobile or mint mobile they just need to save money. Mint was able to grow so quickly because their ad campaign with Ryan Reynolds was just so effective."
