"$GLNG Golar announced a $500m convertible. Still preliminary but the coupon is expected to be between XXX% and X% while the conversion premium could be 35/40%. Final details to be announced tomorrow morning. I attended the convertible call and came out very bullish as they are fully committed to growing the business. First of all they plan to repurchase XXX million shares on the market thereby reducing potential dilution. However more interestingly they explained the enormous growth opportunity that lies before us.
