I was down o p2 by 4%.On the next day i entered a long trade on UJ for some reason the system closed me out with 1k loss indicating DD hit while it wasn't the case. So i reached out showing the Frank(OM) the trade with sl and tp on the app which would have passed my p2 was 1/4R. And honestly they were very legit confirming the mistake and force pass p2.
