"For $WU Im really making a 2-part probability bet. X Base case (my main thesis): Its a cheap cash-generative business buying back stock and paying a big dividend. Even for a declining company I dont think the current multiple + yield are justified if revenues simply slow their decline and stabilize. In that scenario EPS is roughly flat and you get paid via buybacks/dividends and even a modest re-rating will be big upside. Rough numbers in my head: maybe XX% odds of this happening and deserves a higher multiple. 2Upside case (lower probability): Digital is growing fast (50%+ Q/Q recently)"
