"We need to talk about $CSU.TO ✨ After reading the whole transcript and keeping notes my bottom line is 👇 🧙♂ML approach is sceptical and rightfully so as with new advancement and technology the real effects are not visible immediately the majority of the big projections of the last X years have been dead wrong which leads me to the old saying humanity is terribly good at being terrible predicting the future. Its role within CSU so far XX% of BUs in one operating group use AI tools in R&D XX% use it in sales/marketing and XX% report using it for customer support interestingly here AI diverts"
