The fact that people provide liquidity to mention markets determined by one person does not mean they would still provide liquidity to an insidered market In fact as someone who provides a fair chunk of liquidity to mentions liquidity consistently dries up when there is risk of information coming out. You can see this most clearly on any pre-taped night show market where people pull bids when the taping happens.
