"A lot of theses out there for $HEM nowadays but I wonder if anybody has made a like-for-like comparison with Scout24 ($G24). Both are trading at similar multiples and while Hemnet is growing faster it is purely via price increases within one revenue stream. I think the combination of multiple revenue streams coupled with a significantly larger real estate market (6-8x bigger depending on which metric you use) makes a strong case for a longer growth runway for Scout.
