Big Ten may just add FSU and keep a spot open for Notre Dame or add two ACC schools. Thus even when accounting for that the ACC will still exist and has the right to a fair chance at the CFP. Since the voting thresshold for the new governance will be an A4 you don't want to treat another A4 conference like they don't exist or are not worthy of anything as that will lead to no new rules getting past that benefit"
