Built and designed from the ground up to leverage UTXO. 3700-5k grid orders potentially per block is a big step away from trying replicate the account model. "The idea we started at from bitcoin was distributing the money printer so nobody had absolute control through time. Crypto as a movement the incentives in place costs of access etc have largely abandoned that idea in favor of controlling the printer.
