According to the 1H26 call they are recorded at historical book value (no fair value adjustment to reappraise the valuations of those sites has been made). The sites are very well invested. As of XX March 2025 (when DG Americas was still in the accounts) IGR had freehold land and buildings with book value of $16.5m (cost $39m) with no break-down for how much attributed to DGI (no note in the HY26 report).
