"I agree with the general premise but are you factoring in that money hasn't been the same since 1971 When you reprice housing in terms of Gold we are back to 2012 price levels. People often don't factor in or account for the growth in the money supply also known as currency debasement. But real estate may crash for completely different reasons. Generational turnover and a transition to a Stablecoin economy"
