"$BTC Opened up with a CME gap and closed it again on Monday/Tuesday just like the last X weeks I also put out a warning in my Telegram that the weekly candle wick was very small. According to the last X years of data 96.5%+ of weeks had a bigger wick which made this a likely target to take out as well which gave good confluence to not start top blasting at $120K+. Open Interest still very inflated and I think there's quite a few longs trapped on BTC. Alts are doing decent here for the time being. "About the current altcoin outperformance and previous alt seasons. 👇 $BTC.D Has only dropped XXX% from the local highs and we can already see its impact on alts and ALT/BTC pairs. The post-election run saw about a X% drop in Bitcoin Dominance which was short lived in the end. In the time period January 2021 - May 2021 (140 days) we saw Bitcoin Dominance drop by 34%. From XX% to 40%. That was a similar size of alt season as late 2017/early 2018. Both of those alt seasons were insane with many coins running insane multiples. Keep in mind that the amount of coins that were sharing in this total"

"$BTC There is about $3B+ in Open Interest which entered above $118K. This OI increase is always a mixture of longs & shorts but seeing where price is now there's definitely some longs underwater from that area. Pretty important area here around the previous consolidation. Anything lower and I suspect we'll see some of that OI get flushed out. Most of the weakness we're seeing is in anticipation of the BTC Whale selling off some of his coins through OTC & Exchanges. This also explains why the funding rate has ticked up due to the spot selling pressure. Good to keep an eye on that"

"If there's one thing I learned trading these market conditions over the years 👇 Don't keep opening and closing high conviction positions. Rather enter small maybe compound on a pullback but generally just let it ride. The continuous opening and closing generally ends with you either oversizing at some local top before a flush or you just keep entering higher up therefore essentially missing a large part of the move. Smaller size no stress and let it ride generally outperforms most. And spot & Chill of course. No need to be in a trade at all times (I need to tell myself this as well)"

"$BTC Yet again opened with a small CME gap this week. The X weeks prior we opened with gaps too and all of them closed on Monday. Having said that price is now trading quite a bit higher from the gap and in price discovery. My general way of looking at this is generally that I expect gaps to be filled when price is within a X% proximity of them. Anything further and it kinda loses it's "magnetic pull". These gaps are of course a self fulfilling prophecy so it makes sense people don't watch them until price is actually close to them. So I'd say keep the gap in mind be aware of how it traded"

The big question this time around will be whether it's able to stick or if the altcoin outperformance fun will be over within 1-3 weeks again. "Many alts big and small have started higher timeframe reversals from multi-month (or year) downtrends. Generally whenever altcoins move especially a few years into a cycle the moves are violent. When zooming out they might seem like up only but there's often several quick 20%+ flushes within these runs that do multiples over several weeks/months. That's when you should strike and get the buys in on the things you want. When longs are being flushed is generally the best risk/reward for you to enter"

It has been the easiest cycle to hold on to your spot BTC long term as there has been no larger decline than 30%. I think it is important to hold on to the bull market support band from here on out as the up trend has lasted for 900+ days now which is usually when you want to be on the more cautious side of things. It's overall trend is much weaker and the chart isn't showing any real signs of a clear trend during the past XXX years. Good setup for a rally back to the range highs at some point. Project crosses some good narratives with RWA BTCFi and DePIN. "The 2011 $BTC whale has been sending out huge amounts of BTC to Galaxy Digital today. Part of those coins are directly being sent to Bybit & Binance deposit addresses. To put into perspective the Germany BTC sale was about 50K BTC at a $50K price level. This is about 90K BTC with price at $120K. I do think there's a lot more potential OTC demand now but it's not just something you'd absorb easily if it were all to be sold off over a few weeks time. Will keep monitoring 🫡"

"🚨 CPI Data X hour from now. It is expected to be higher than last month due to an increase in OIL price and such. Big question is if it goes even higher than the expectations. The recent comment by Bessent seems kinda like foreshadowing and bracing for a higher number. This could stir things up a bit and $DXY already seems to be moving a bit. "Exciting times. $BTC at all time highs $ETH getting monster inflows and nearing in on cycle highs at a quick pace. Most alts following especially majors strong now which is very good to see and makes for a better base than random memes here and there pumping. Will be sharing more charts here and there as there's plenty of action. In the end I'd want to recommend to stick with what you know make take profit plans and invalidations prior of you taking a position because emotions can run high during big runs"

"Gentle reminder that you are not trading at an equal playing field. XX minutes before the Tariff news dropped we saw some massive shorts entering with awful execution. "The $TOTAL Crypto Market Cap bounced at its key level and moved up since. This is a nice line in the sand for the bullish overall momentum and in my opinion a solid invalidation for the short/mid term bullish scenario's. "$BTC Saw a +$1.1B increase in Open Interest over the past few hours. We've now seen about $400M of that get flushed out. That does mean there's still a large amount of (likely) longs sitting at danger if price were to continue rolling over. And yes the timeframe is very low just so I can clearly show you what's going on. We're still talking massive size in positions here. $ETH Saw about +$750M in OI increase of which $500M+ is already taken out"

"$BTC Did make a marginally new all time high when accounting for the fall in the $USD. It came just short of reaching a new all time high in $EUR. Not expecting many people to watch these charts but they have been getting respected a decent amount so might be worth to keep an eye on. "$BTC Has seen a pretty average return for June & July so far this year. August has historically not been the best month but still sees a +1.75% average return over the years. Generally August & September are pretty choppy and liquidity goes down. We have also always seen a pretty sharp drop in either August September or Both. Which it then followed up by Bitcoin's best month by far October. These times are when fun narratives and weird runs on certain crypto sectors tend to occur. Whether it's boredom or lack of price action on Bitcoin. Something always happens in the Summer"

"$XRP Hit a new all time high today. Wild scenes. Good to keep in mind is that relative to the all time high set in 2018 the market cap is actually close to double. That's because of the supply increase/inflation during those years. Not nearly as bad as some other tokens out there but that does show that on many coins you are getting diluted and the impact that can have. Regardless even more impressive that it's at new all time highs now as basically the only major/dino altcoin out there"

"Coinbase's App Store Rank is still not even in the top XXX. Even though $BTC has breached its all time high there's a lack of new retail money flowing in. This is something the market has struggled with for some time and it also explains the big BTC outperformance relative to alts. BTC is being bid up by institutions and those are billions that will never hit the altcoin markets or wider crypto ecosystem. In previous cycles the retail participation was much higher which also made it easier for money to flow around the wider market and into alts"

"$BTC When we account for the recent fall in the US Dollar price is still not quite at its January all time high. This puts into perspective how much these fiat currencies can play into the perceived growth of a lot of assets even though it's often the underlying denominator which is getting devalued. Usually this isn't as clear with major currencies like this but in this case we've seen a sharp decline in $DXY since Trump's inauguration"

"$SYRUP - Ran up about 8x from April and has since stalled. Overall this one is in a huge up trend and I like the project and it being one of the few solid RWA bets. Personally still hold this long term spot although I did take some profit on my $0.1-$0.2 buys around $0.4-$0.6. Would be happy adding back on if we'd get the green box at some point depending on the market environment. Not sure we got hat deep but fib levels should give some decent levels to watch for"
