"Ive been saying this for the longest time I dont think tier-1 stablecoins will magically fix all our issues overnight. USDC for example its natively on XX blockchains and many of them are doing worse than we are. So no they didnt suddenly pull magic numbers either. Its just one missing piece that might help. Personally I mainly want it for safety as well as diversifying my risk as none of our native stablecoins are listed on major exchanges. Chainlink is another one. But again these things are just hopeful building blocks not the ultimate solution thatll fix everything. Cardano DeFi doesnt"

"It wont take millions of people. The chain in its current state cannot support us when we have moments of high volatility. During the last market crash a month ago the chain was congested again. For example thats one of the reasons liqwid had to pause. Were running out of time with this. Its a well established fact that USDC / USDT want a certain trade volume and liquidity depth to come to your blockchain or you pay crazy money for them to be there. We do not meet the threshold and if we did our blockchain would become severely congested. As much as we need the stablecoins we are simply not"
