"Think people should begin calling out the funds committing $100M and $50M to the private round who's strategy was to generate a quick XX% return using retail buyers as exit liquidity. I assumed people in this round were in for a swing not for arbitrage (my mistake). The 'Institutional round' sucked all demand out from secondary and just left the market with relentless supply to dump of which is being dumped on retail as we speak.
