"🧵7/21 2023: Bitcoin recovered. MSTR recovered harder. But something changed. Strategy began using At-The-Market (ATM) offerings aggressively. An ATM is basically a standing "line of credit" in equity. Tap it whenever you want. Instant capital. This is the closest thing to a Standby Equity Purchase Agreement in public markets. Common was becoming standby capital. Formalized"

"🧵8/21 2023 numbers: BTC: 189k (up from 132k in 2022) Shares: 169M (up from 115M) Dilution: XX% But here's the kicker: BTC/share 2022: XXXX sats BTC/share 2023: XXXX sats Slight decline during a period when BTC was flat and common was issued below peak premiums. The machine was being refined"

"🧵9/21 October 2024: Saylor drops the bomb in earnings. "We're launching a $XX billion capital plan. $21B equity $21B debt/preferreds." Later: "$21B per year for multiple years." This was the moment common's role became official: You are the primary flexible on-demand capital source for Bitcoin accumulation"

"🧵10/21 Q4 2024: Madness. Strategy bought 218k Bitcoin in Q4 alone; More than they'd accumulated in the prior X years combined. Shares: 246M (end of quarter) BTC: 447k Premium: 2-3x consistently Magic: when you issue $1B stock at 2.5x NAV you're only "spending" $400M in economic value but getting $1B cash. That $600M gap = Bitcoin yield"

"🧵11/21 BTC/share end 2024: XXXX sats Up XX% from 2023 despite massive dilution. The thesis went from theory to proven reality in one quarter. Common equity dilution was creating BTC/share accretion because: Premium was healthy Bitcoin was rallying Issuance was disciplined (mostly at high mNAV) This is what agentic capital deployment looks like"

"🧵12/21 Then Q1-Q3 2025: The multi-tranche stack crystallized. January: STRK (8% coupon convertible) March: STRF (10% coupon senior) Mid-year: STRD & STRC ATM programs ($4.2B+) Why does this matter Prefs opened a second capital channel that doesn't dilute common directly. Pref sales cash Bitcoin entire stack benefits Common gets residual upside after 8-10% coupons"

"🧵14/21 By mid-2025 the capital stack was fully formed: Converts: $7B 0-2% senior Prefs: $4B+ 8-10% senior to common Common: unlimited ATM residual everything Each tranche pulled capital into the same Bitcoin treasury at different yields for different investors. Preferreds attract yield-hunters. Common attracts believers. Both feed BTC. Genius"

"🧵15/21 Mid-2025 numbers: BTC: 628k Shares: 267M BTC/share: XXXX sats Up another XX% from Q4 2024 despite continued dilution. The common-as-standby-capital thesis was fully operational. We were providing continuous flexible equity capital that enabled the entire machine to function"

"Bit of good news I was waiting for. Strive's pref $SATA now available on Robinhood. I've been running an accumulation strategy on $ASST since Sept buy selling cash secured puts while IV was extremely high and now am continuing to buy spot. Now we have a date set for $SMLR meeting in Jan as well. #Bitcoin $MSTR $ASST $STRC $SATA"

"STRIVE $ASST is as close as you can get to the students leaving the Dojo in their Masters footsteps. I'm still buying. I've been in a structured accumulation sold puts all through Sept Oct Nov Dec Jan when IV where incredibly high. Now buying spot as IV compressed. January we will have $SMLR meeting where I expect IV to increase. Will continue to allocate each month by selling puts and lower cost basis. Also holding $STRC and $SATA. I drip the div into whichever one is offering the highest effective yield. Which is a great mix to add to any volatile portfolio. Adds an income layer better than"

"I think there is some nuance here. Sport's teams are a unique investment if you can even get them. More reach than most other vehicles. (Even if it's personal) The topic of STRC over T-Bills is interesting but although functionally better STRC does not hold the highquality liquid assets only standards for payment stablecoins and would materially increase credit liquidity regulatory and correlation risk. I think being a big buyer of US Treasuries has some built in protections. They already hold billions in Bitcoin and Gold. Mid and high ratchet levers. STRC isn't a lever they really "need"."

"@StrategyMaxi I definitely hope it happens but by the regulation STRC doesn't have that classification yet. But ya. It's a no brainer"

"@StrategyMaxi @Strategy STRC is the best tool ever created for any portfolio. A non decaying cash position with yield. Short term vol gives the opportunity to lock in higher effective yield. STRC in a portfolio gives you a tool to manage the entire portfolios risk curve simply by adjusting % of $STRC"
