"@AdamTay18969477 It's a similar trade to the Cameron deal so it stands to reason that they rate Merrett highly. I get there are other factors - Merrett's a contracted club captain. That just means the Dons would rightly ask for ridiculous overs rather than accept a good deal (which this is)"
