@tclaugus2 "$NOMD still no signs of support. Looks like it heads lower. Would like to see something in the chart that shows some buyers but not yet. Consumer staples have been pummeled ( $FLO $SMPL $CAG $GIS) look at those charts. That's why the packagers are continuing down as well. It's definitely not the trend is your friend in the consumer food staples that's for sure"

"Forgot to add that despite the debt level the debt structure is better than $AMCR and they just price new long term debt in the low 4s which is very good"

"Lots of items to cover but 1st off $AMCR I don't think is any rocket stock but you get a X% div yield that is easily paid and a low valuation. Do think it could trade into the low $8s don't think below there but we never know. Took it up XX% here (Around 5%). Basically assume I'll make around XX% in the next XX months with dividend minimum. Now it does feel like $DOLE a bit from X years ago where I got to buy it at $X. Could break apart during tax loss selling season which is coming up. (Late September Early October). THIS WILL BE ON THE TAX SALE LIST FOR INSTITUTIONS. People will be like."

"A lot to report on packaging moves. I decided to cut $AMCR to under X% take the ST loss cut $GPK which has an SBS oversupply issue to around 3%. I rolled a lot of the dough into $SLGN. why similar valuation than $AMCR much higher US exposure (75%). Lower dividend payout allowing for debt paydown no SBS oversupply issue. Near or at XX wk low so its a pretty even swap and I feel good about the decision. All the best"

"$AMCR . Tough one. I wanted to use this as a double down stock in the XX week low time frame. I may do this but I cut it back to X% from X% a little while ago. I'm looking for a blow off low price to begin with. In my last post I discussed the problems $AMCR has with GLP1 and a weak European consumer. The other issue $AMCR faces is the high debt levels it has. This isn't always terrible per se but if you look at the maturities there is a lot of low cost debt that they will need to roll over in the next X years which makes it a more difficult call. This is why they are trying to sell off some"

"Well despite not wanting more exposure to Europe I decided to take up my $NOMD position here. Its been well telegraphed that they will miss this quarter. I really think the management of this company is very good so I guess I will bite the bullet and add a decent amount. Its a XX wk low candidate for this timeframe. Good luck out there"
