"HER OWN TERMS of service are illegal. If I pay an artist and they decide half way through a project they dont want to work with me anymore. They need to issue a full refund. Otherwise THEY have broken the law by taking half my money and producing nothing. And if the artist so chooses to cancel a commission even though they "already put time into it" Boo hoo thats THEIR problem"
