"@GergelyOrosz One of my best friends ran the SRE team at Heroku from the mid 2010s up until 2022. Sometimes it's a nebulous corporate "salesforce effect" sometimes it's possibly just a really good team was holding things together and one doesn't realize it was all them until they leave"
