A ceo has remarkably little control over his stock price. Fed rates risk environment etc. So stock price is not always best barometer. X. Better to try to judge how the BUSINESS has performed vs the stock. Cash flows up Prior investments seem to be paying off Any major mistakes X. GTI cashflows are up but being stressed by typical cannabis normalization. Agrify investment seems interesting and definitely seems"

"I think things start to become a little clearer with $GLASF: $GLASF refinancing of $70m of Pref B/C by new Pref E XX% of Pref B/C rolled into Pref E so $17-18m or so was redeemed out. B/C interest rate was XXXX% - XX% cash and XXXX% PIK. E is XX% cash pay no warrants (B/C had $X warrants). My suspicion is that the radio silence from the company was in large part to not disturb this refi which was likely long in the works and was right next to the finish line. Admitting a material event could have spurred people trying to pull out and created some panic"
