"30 year & XX year term is significantly more than XX or even XX year term since it's significantly more likely that you'll die at those older ages. If you're in your 30-40's there's a real sweetspot for XX year term and that should get you through a couple cycles & kids growing up. One of the cheapest companies does AI underwriting where you submit an application directly through docusign & likely won't need an exam (unless they find something questionable in your records).
