What are the chances $LMND a much smaller company has 3-5X the reviews of insurance giants like Allstate Statefarm Progressive and Geico. That data to me screams immediately that it is flawed. Furthermore I work in Tech and have been on the "buying side" of review sites. Almost every "review" site is bogus - paid for as advertisement and can be manipulated easily. 2) I'm confused the "Sentiment Score" on the X axis.
