SELF CUSTODY". if it's in my self custody (especially non kyc) there's NOTHING they can do about it. it's PERMISSIONLESS. which makes your question null and void. this is only relevant for people who have their bitcoin on KYC exchanges and not in self custody which is stupid and bitcoiners are educating to get bitcoin off exchanges. now pretending this was a legit scenario my answer is NO"
