"I can only share my experiences with @USAA over XX years. I've never had a foreign contact; the people I dealt with have been lovely. I had two huge damage claims in the last couple years. Huge. They squared me away and I know how claims work from my lawyer days. I'm not telling people who have had issues with @USAA they are wrong; I have friends who believe differently. I'm sharing my experience. I'm very happy with USAA - but if they are doing DEI nonsense or dumping American workers that needs to stop"
