Somedays they do and some they don't. Until this issue is solved with a true native source on PLS real user adoption is going to lag. People at scale want to interact with an exchange. DEX's are very complicated to use as an average human being level. Aside from that smart people can only use stuff that works. This uptime nonsense is sort of a farce.
