"User quality has been increasing though. And cash app has industry leading CAC so thats a really easy lever to pull whenever user growth is needed. Just accept higher CAC for acquisition. It obviously isnt good to have stagnant user growth but not the end of the world. Also marketing spend is ramping over H2"
