Treat as $X cost basis. pay capital gains when sold. 2)No capital gains tax on wrapping bridging minting LSTs or LST to LST trades. Tax them when it is traded to a dissimilar asset ex. WETH Memecoin not ETH WETH 3)Clarify wash sale rule does not apply to crypto. Active traders regularly buy & sell the same asset in 30-day window for reasons unrelated to tax.
