"noticed x/twitter has an internal telemetry endpoint called jot (/jot/client_event.json). it sends structured client logs and the server responds with XXX. my first reaction was weird XXX must be a bug. asked chatgpt why and the AI said: XXX keeps the response lightweight. i said XXX keeps it lightweight too AI said that XXX also prevents caching (cache-control last-modified etc) and helps hide the endpoint. telemetry that pretends to be an error. would love someone from the @XEng to confirm this. 🙌🏻"
