Currently preschool is optional. Now the proclamation has gone out that students who dont attend preschool start kindergarten behind. How long until full-day preschool becomes mandatory How long until the proclamation goes out that children are starting preschool behind and the government forces parents to enroll their toddlers in school It sounds ridiculous until you consider how ridiculous mandatory full-day"
