"Yes it did. I had a whole section called "Chevron-Hess Merger Explained" Also you have that incorrect. They're not buying $HESM. At least there has been no report of that. None that I've seen. They're buying $HES and taking ownership of it's XX% stake in $HESM. So Chevron is the largest owner now of $HESM. Have not seen that they'd buy the whole company"

"I know the $HES transaction is old news but it finally completed after ExxonMobil lawsuit. Interesting speculation with $HESM. I have not read anything official or reports to that effect. Did not follow their prior midstream acquisitions. Although they were much smaller it seems. Will be interesting. Thanks for sharing. Id prefer this did not happen. I like $HESM as an investment. Dont want $CVX shares"
