"if you mean this specific instance at the CVS i was not saying those things out loud. to the cashier i probably seemed zoned out and maybe high but not psychotic if you mean generally it was (and still is though less so) a razor's edge that i've walked my whole adult life i have high clinical insight meaning i can generally reason out whether something is a hallucination so i don't talk to the voices or run from the monsters in a way other people would notice. i've also willingly gone to inpatient when needed bc i can understand why it's helpful even when i was not well medicated i was in"
