"So after further analysis I decided to unload the small $BUR position that I bought yesterday. The main issue I have is the TBV of the core biz is around $X & has grown at a XX% rate over the past 10+ years. This leads me to believe that the ROIC / IRR figures cited by mgmt are inflated and do not capture all of the costs. I still believe BUR will eventually settle its YPF claims at a XX% discount which equates to an $3Bn payment to BUR. "Based on today's massive volume I estimate that $BMNR likely issued at least 9m new shares through its ATM today. I'm too lazy to show the math but assuming an average price of $XX per share sold I estimate that BMNR's NAV increased to around $XX per share which puts their current mNAV at just below 2x.
