"I didn't check anybody's math's and I'm just replying to add in context for dilution. The XXX plan has us finishing around XXXXX billion shares outstanding (600m at start of plan with 555m). Right now we have 680m outstanding. So yes I would add in a 1155/680 = 1.69x dilution factor to the price figures if they were done without dilution in mind. For ease I just divide by X in my head to be conservative. 1/1.69 = XX% is what you retain from current. 1-0.59 = XXXX. Your current shares will be diluted by 41%"
