"Yeah it came out of Czech Republic and Poland which is really Central Europe if you asked them. Business is growing in most of the major European countries One key is that there are so many jurisdictions toll roads taxes etc that need to be negotiated. Im U.K. based and see a load of Polish Czech German trucks on the road. Europe is not a big place. Anyhow Central European economies are doing much better than the big German/France/UK sector.
