I dont believe that $CRSP has set up an Intralinks environment related to any M&A discussions. Instead they may have a malware issue within their IT systems. When we look up the domain unemon found - - the DNS resolves to the IP address 208.91.197.27. This IP is known to be associated with malware activity and appears to be used through an abused web proxy.
