"Exactly @3Plantey2 answered it already. They don't have a competitive advantage over $SCI. They are just not going for the same funeral homes. $rmb.v targets cheap rural small to mid-sized funeral homes (trying to get local expertise which is important) dodging the direct fight with $SCI which targets larger funeral homes. As the CEO said when answering the question about competition on the buy side and if they get other bidders on their projects: "We get less and less.""
