"Summer is over. What are you seeing from big builders in your market In the south I'm generally seeing a good amount of unsold inventory but no aggressive marketing tactics. Just the typical mortgage rate buydowns but I've heard recent buyers arent even buying down much or any. This tells me builders are confident they can move the inventory at an acceptable pace and/or they're expecting things to pick up"
