"Yes it does. I have sold X of them and both buyers got these FHA loans and moved into one of them.this was last X years. All they have to do is to live in the one single year. These are going to be a lower end client and be alot of more of a headache that anyone made think. With mine someone smoking weed was a nihhtmare. When their AC kicked on the pressure would push the weed smell on both sides of if in the middle units so the other units smelled like weed. It sucked ass.
