"Its all good saying that but therapy doesnt work for everybody ive been to therapy three times for my ASD thats how I was diagnosed and it didnt do anything for for me or my anxiety yeah they told me that the anxiety is probably linked to the autism but that was literally all they could offer me and Ive spoken to many other people that are exactly the same. I went to therapy and yes Im in the UK I had to wait seven fucking months 😂 that was where I was diagnosed with ASD I was XX at the time so I was diagnosed late which Im thankful for. But everything the therapist told me I already knew it was just common sense stuff. It was completely useless for me of course it might not be for other people.
