SORA v3 Hub Chain was built precisely for this: a politically neutral Iroha-native (@hl_iroha) interoperability layer that links Hyperledger Iroha X private networks with public networks without compromising sovereignty or policy controls. For a possible future Digital Shekel the practical model is clear: if Bank of Israel implements a sovereign Iroha 2-powered SORA v3 subnet they can enable cross-network transfers for remittances and other approved use cases policy-constrained auditable and switchable on/off per connection.
