There's a lot room for both and they should be investing here. "I'm back in $MRVL. 2026-2028 will be great for optical / CPO / networking the Celestial acquisition is timely and I expect 2027 growth acceleration. I don't care much for the custom ASIC FUD and non-stop debate -- I think truth will be in the middle and their custom ASIC business will be fine with free call option if it outperforms given valuation today. The stock is in a weird spot where adtech and SaaS investors alike don't understand it because its the only platform that uniquely extends across both use cases (DSP/CDP and marketing cloud). As a result despite a XX% organic rev growth profile at 12x EBITDA it trades far below both slower-growing adtech and SaaS peers.
