"If AMD goes towards 14A what could it use for Well Instinct GPUs are out of the equation since we know MI450 is all TSMC. Consumer CPUs are working perfectly on TSMC's processes and they don't require cutting-edge nodes; therefore AMD won't need 14A for this purpose. There isn't a case for 14A from AMD since Team Red is already a key partner like NVIDIA. The bull case for 14A comes from ASIC adoption or customers like Apple who are looking for a more power-efficient platform without worrying much about how much it would cost them"
