"Yep. I don't disagree (enterprise value shorts etc). But since the beginning a lot has depended on how they deploy that cash pile (because it's so disproportional) and so far. it's just on buybacks. Sounds questionable imo to sell shares & go public and use that cash a few months later to buy them back. CEO also hinted some time ago about using the stock as "currency" (eg for M&A) so the trading action is probably a big disappointment for his plans. If they even have any at this point.
