"2/2 @TMobile @TMobileHelp Fast forward to this month we switched from T-Mobile home internet service to gfiber. We finally had options besides @CoxComm which is horrible and a whole other story. So we cancel the T-Mobile service and that closes out our account making it unable for us to login. We are told you dont do partial/prorated months so we have service for a few more weeks since we had just missed the date. A few weeks later I returned the modem in a T-Mobile store and get assured that everything is good no outstanding bills or payments are due and all our accounts are closed. Fast"
