You need people with experience in that type of photoresist process. Not many people are left who know how to do it. "Love the old-school printing link here. The semi industry does have its roots in the newspaper printing biz from the late 1800s. It's basically a mass production printing process on steroids. Interesting they use the Red Blood Cell size comparison. I've used it often to describe things in modern litho terms but I forgot the original source.
