"my thesis for ACP-247 (increasing delegation multipler and reducing total stake limits) is that it will create a positive flywheel for delegation space delegations and very low and that's for two reasons: 1) validators don't really advertise their delegation space bc it does not justify the effort (too low delegation fee rewards) 2) this makes it hard for LSTs who distribute delegations to validators to distribute fairly among holders of their tokens the extra from delegation fees needs to be MORE than the rewards from the self-stake this is THE ONLY way to make it appealing and automatically"
