You can see from their press release they are seeking to raise another $250M which would imply they will be doing ATM offerings. "Oct 27th should be when it would even be an option for $AGRI to begin buying $AVAX. People who want the foundation to use the money from sales to buy more AVAX I think are missing the big picture. The foundaiton has now offloaded AVAX into vehicles designed to be long term holders. In the past when the foundation wanted to run on chain incentives it meant using AVAX as an incentive which meant seller pressure on the token as farmers are mostly interested in yields.
